Hello, I’m Teodor!

I hold a Master’s degree from the National Sports Academy, specializing in badminton coaching, and I have over 20 years of experience.

I teach badminton to people of all ages and skill levels. I coach children aged 6 and above, complete beginners, recreational players, and more advanced players.

When working with children and recreational players, my goal is to help them develop proper technique, improve their movement around the court, and learn how to outplay their opponents as effectively as possible.

What you will learn with me:

• Proper grip and stroke technique;
• Serving and receiving;
• Movement and positioning on the court;
• Essential badminton shots and techniques – clears, drop shots, smashes, forehand and backhand;
• Singles and doubles tactics;
• Correction of mistakes that are difficult to notice on your own;
• Free play, games, and matches.

• Court rental per person:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM – €8
• Court rental per person:
  Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM – €11
• Racket rental: €2.60
• Playing with a plastic shuttlecock: €1.60
• When booking an instructor, rackets and shuttlecocks are included at no extra charge.
• Instructor fee for one person: €20

• Instructor fee for one child aged 6–14: €15
  (Court rental is not included.)

• MultiSport and MultiSport Kids cards are accepted. They cover the court fee for one person for a 60-minute session.
